This guided working lab is designed to help you move from vision to action—pinpointing priorities, aligning your calendar, and activating the opportunities that make sense for where you are now and where God is leading you next. Rather than creating new ideas, participants will work with the vision they already carry to develop a focused, strategic plan for the year ahead—one that supports long-term growth, sustainability, and momentum on the journey from Here to THERE. This is a jumpstart for the new year—where transformation becomes strategy, and vision turns into movement.
